Gosh! I don't know how I let "Lets" through. I'm a pedant - an increasingly dyslexic pedant, unfortunstely. I should have looked "Smorgasbord" up - although I knew about the omlatt(sp?) but ouldn't find it on the keyboard. I will make the necessary changes and people will wonder what this exchange is about.
At risk of being labelled a spelling obsessive, I'll mention that I think it's Smorgasbord (or even Smörgåsbord). I'll even be brave and say you might mean "Let's" instead of "Lets", and be attacked by all the greengrocers, demanding their apostrophes back.
